I will confess that ice cream is the one thing I can NOT pass up. One of my new favorites is called Sub Zero Ice Cream & Yogurt. It has always been known for being able to produce 37 trillion different flavor options (Don't ask how Jerry came up with that math). They can cater to any taste and flavor the mind and heart would desire. I love peanut butter chocolate chip with premium ice cream.
For my Tour of Utah this is a place that has locations all over Utah! Or they will cater it wherever you are.
I think the greater message of Sub Zero is how they cater to any allergy/sensitivity needs. This isn't known as well to the public.

Our milk fat percentage (fat content) is at 14% for premium ice cream. Most ice cream producers have to add more fat content to keep the creamy ice cream for their premium products. Because our ice cream is frozen in 15 seconds, the ice crystals are much smaller compared to an ice cream that takes 6-7 hours to freeze."
If you haven't tried it, go taste it on your next date night and then consider having them cater your wedding reception- it is so fun for your guests to watch how it is made! Seriously amazing!

The fees for catering are: $75 set-up fee, and $3/serving. Includes everything spoons, napkins, cups, flavors, toppings, and two servers (at least) to make and serve ice cream throughout the event.
